Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the transport industry, located in Dallas, TX. This role involves identifying and attracting candidates for a variety of roles within different sectors, conducting job intake meetings with hiring managers, and managing the entire recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize and manage the entire recruitment process, including pre-screening of candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and providing feedback.

• Use job platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to source potential candidates.

• Maintain detailed notes and records of candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Conduct detailed job intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.

• Create and post detailed job descriptions to attract relevant candidates.

• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate and finalize offers with selected candidates.

• Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel, Hiring Processes, Recruitment - Sourcing, Full Cycle Recruiting, Extending Offers, Offer Letters, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Recruiting. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and interpret data effectively

• Familiar with standard hiring processes and able to streamline them for efficiency

• Skilled in Recruitment - Sourcing, with an ability to identify potential candidates through various channels

• Demonstrable experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, managing the recruitment process from start to finish

• Proficient in Extending Offers, ensuring that potential employees are presented with attractive and fair proposals

• Experienced in crafting and issuing Offer Letters, ensuring all legal and company guidelines are adhered to

• Knowledgeable in Talent Acquisition strategies, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent

• Experience in Corporate Recruiting, specifically within the transport industry, would be highly advantageous TalentMatch®
