Insight Global Account Manager in Dallas, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join a large client. The Account Manager will manage several regional and national accounts across various sectors, including manufacturing, retail/CPG, logistics, pharmaceutical, and automotive. They will develop and maintain relationships to understand their clients business goals and needs, advising them on how to fill gaps in their teams with customizable talent solutions such as staffing services and managed services. Additionally, they strategize with clients on market analysis, job descriptions, interview practices, and hiring processes. They partner closely with recruiters to source, screen, and present highly qualified talent to clients, assist in scheduling and conducting interviews, and extend job offers. To ensure successful candidate placements, they conduct performance reviews. The AM will be responsible for negotiating contracts and partnerships with customers, overseeing the full-cycle business development process from prospecting and market analysis to service delivery and execution.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience working in a client-facing role for a staffing/RPO firm
Ability to build relationships with clients and manage a book of business
Experience advising clients on how to fill gaps on their teams with customizable talent solutions including Staffing Services and Managed Services
Experience strategizing with clients on market analysis, job descriptions, interview practices, and hiring processes
Experience working with for the following industries: Manufacturing; Retail; CPG; Logistics, Pharmaceutical or Automotive null
