The role is part of the Airports Operations and Delivery team within the Airport and Partner Planning and Analysis group.

Develop and implement change management strategies and programs for a broad range of initiatives.
Apply and adapt a structured methodology to execute change management initiatives and track progress for senior leaders
Partner with Airport and Customer Experience solutions teams to ensure change management activities are integrated into each project plan
Provide direct support to all levels (leaders, Change Champions, and staff) and create and maintain lines of communication between business, stakeholders, and other change management groups to prepare them for the transition through change impacts, walkthroughs, tool demos, etc.
Conduct and/or participate in project meetings, provide strategic and analytical support, and manage project progress issues, and risk
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Help define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
3+ years of professional experience leading large scale projects in the airline industry or relevant experience
3+ years of airport operations leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Change management / project management certification or designation desired
Prior experience leading organizational change management
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, collaboration, consensus-building, and cultural awareness
