Summary
Under direct supervision, prepares regular work assignments related to the strategy of the department or work team. Responsible for all billing related administrative functions, including pulling canned reports, reviewing department inboxes, invoice submission to customer portals, and maintaining department databases. Will also create and post invoices and backup team where necessary.
This position will support our Finance team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of Dallas, TX.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Create and post invoices within designated SLA.
Create excel files for SAP S4 loads; troubleshoot errors where necessary.
Update all departmental invoice trackers with accuracy.
Utilize Salesforce for research as needed; ability to communicate with internal customers processes as needed.
Pull and distribute canned reports.
Submit and track customer portal invoices such as Ariba.
Update departmental work tickets in timely manner.
Maintain and organize department inboxes and work tickets; answers administrative questions and filters larger questions amongst the team appropriately.
Reports and analyzes customer contracts to make sure we are billing in compliance with legal documentation.
Light historical research within all billing systems.
Cross-train in duties as necessary.
Provide additional assistance to co-workers as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
High school diploma.
Two years billing experience (preferred).
Intermediate skill with Microsoft Suite.
Experience with SAP and/or other billing systems.
