Summary
The Coordinator – Asset Management is directly responsible for the creation, maintenance and retirement of all rental inventory. This role will be the key stakeholder for managing all assets through their product lifecycle and ensure accurate reservations and equipment tracking. This position requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Dallas, TX.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Process new equipment
Case Content Labeling
Package Creation and Retirement
Asset and Product Retirement
Case reassignment or retirement
Drive equipment liquidation & recycling practices
Report daily Inventory Updates for communication to impacted warehouses
Perform Asset Management Projects
Regular Kit Inventory
Mass Retirements
Liquidations
Recycling
Regular Cycle Counts
Physical Inventory
Maintain inventory of materials & parts
Manage sound safety and risk policies and procedures through all areas of operation
Promote teamwork and communication between all warehouse operations
Assists other department heads as needed
Education & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Knowledge of R2 or related Inventory Tracking software programs required
Able to clearly instruct and demonstrate the set up and operation of related audio visual equipment
Must be organized, efficient and accurate
High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
Minimum (3) three years of related experience within event production and/or warehouse operations
