Texas Instruments (TI) is searching for a trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented person with excellent follow-through skills who can maintain confidentiality, have fun and be highly effective in a dynamic team environment.
This position will provide direct support to a Vice President at Texas Instruments. The ideal candidate will be an effective problem solver, demonstrate good judgment, be a good collaborator and team player, have strong verbal and written skills and be able to communicate with all levels of management.

The Custom business is one of the most visible and critical analog mixed-signal businesses within TI. We work with TI’s largest customers to develop leading edge ICs used in some of the most game-changing consumer products on the market. This business is highly visible to TI's executive management due to the size and strategic importance of each opportunity. Our continued success relies heavily on a strong team dynamic focused on detail-oriented execution, acting with urgency, getting great results, and being the best at what we do.
While not all inclusive, responsibilities of this role include:
Exec calendar and expense management of confidential & time-sensitive material. Proactively prioritizing meetings and schedules to meet business/leader needs.
Creating and maintaining contacts of a complex nature, both inside and outside TI. Demonstrating professional demeanor in interfacing with senior-level executives, employees, customers, and vendors.
Arranging domestic and complex international travel for organization
Arranging hotels and ground transportation for travelers from international sites to the US
Working with team to plan worldwide meetings and employee celebrations
Assisting the team with materials preparations and execution of business meetings.
Supporting the organization on office supplies, phones and setup for new employees
Maintaining organization's SharePoint sites
Setting up and maintaining employee mailing lists and mail folders
Build and maintain organizational charts for the worldwide organization
Maintain space (offices and cubicles)
Order recognition awards for organization
Researching and compiling special reports

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma (Associates degree preferred)
5 + years of experience
Expertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), SharePoint and SAP
Preferred qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting senior managers with global teams
High degree of curiosity to learn about the business, fast learner
Strong balance of ability to work independently and take initiative to drive for results, with close alignment on business leader expectations
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
