Texas Instruments Facilities Operations Manager in Dallas, Texas

Texas Instruments is actively seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of wafer manufacturing facilities, including site operations, maintenance, building services, and small tool installs. You will serve as the main point of contact for site leaders, TMG (Technology & Manufacturing Group) Leadership, and Business Unit leaders, and be responsible for managing current year costs, forecasting, and leading the site's Long-Range Planning (LRP) efforts. As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will design and develop organizational policies relevant to the facilities department. You will also oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion. The role requires you to select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering related to Semiconductors or Facilities

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities, Engineering, Operations or related

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
