The Sabre ServiceNow team is looking for a talented Intern who wants to explore a career in IT Service Management.

What will you achieve?

• Assist in translating process owner’s requirements into ServiceNow workflows.

• Collaborate with the SCRUM master for the ServiceNow implementation between the process owner and the developers.

• Contribute and comply with systems development standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules.

• Help manage operational and reporting metrics for ServiceNow and related components of the ITSM platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent, with graduation after May 2025
