The ASPIRE Intern Program is designed to immerse you in a team environment from which you will gain hands-on experience, knowledge, mentorship, and professional skills that will catapult your career. You will work daily within your host team as well as participate in weekly fun and insightful activities created specifically for our intern cohort. Your program will conclude with the presentation of your final project presented to our executives by you and a representative from your host team.
Program Details and Requirements:
9-week paid summer intern program located in Plano, Texas.
Interns will have an opportunity to earn income while at Forescout and will be paid $20 per hour for a maximum of 30 hours per week for the duration of the program.
Must be at least a junior in college or equivalent trade or technical school.
Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher (and be able to provide their transcript)
Must live in the location of the internship opportunity

Verbal and Written Communications – Ability to research material and create presentations based on a given subject material. Willingness to ask questions for clarity.
What you will gain from this internship:
HR Processes – Gain firsthand experience in the key functions of HR, from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and employee relations, understanding how policies and procedures support both employees and business goals.
HRIS System (Forescout People System) – Learn how to navigate and utilize an HR Information System to manage employee data, track performance, and support HR operations efficiently.
Reporting – Develop skills in collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR data to provide insights that drive decision-making and improve workforce strategies.
Must-Have Skill Requirements:
Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products
Interest in the HR field combined with working in HR systems
Problem-solving skills – attempt to identify and troubleshoot HRIS-related issues
Attention to Detail – Ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Nice-to-Have Skill Requirements:
Familiar with general HR processes
Ability to work independently on tasks assigned
Willingness to Learn Systems – Openness to training on HR platforms without prior experience
Basic Data Awareness – Understanding the importance of data accuracy, even without deep reporting skills.
