Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The position involves executing various accounting tasks, including processing wire transfers, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning and month-end close procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate reconciliation of daily cash and investment balances.

• Handle the processing of outgoing wire transfers and managing incoming cash flows.

• Project period-end cash and investment balances to aid in financial planning.

• Provide assistance in carrying out monthly close procedures and reconciling accounts.

• Implement internal control procedures for external payments to enhance compliance and security. Requirements • Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) processes, with the ability to manage and track invoices efficiently

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice generation, payment collection, and record maintenance

• Demonstrated proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of financial data

• Familiarity with General Ledger management, including recording financial transactions and preparing financial reports

• Ability to prepare and post Journal Entries accurately and timely

• Experience with Month End Close processes, ensuring all financial data is recorded and reconciled for monthly reporting

• Skilled in using NetSuite for various accounting tasks, including financial management and planning

• Knowledge of Oracle financial software for managing accounting operations and financial data

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing and processing accounting transactions

• Experience with SAP, particularly in the modules related to financial accounting and controlling.
