Job Title: Junior Litigation Attorney (Class Action)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a vibrant, dedicated, and diligent attorney who is in their first or second year of practice. This is a unique opportunity to join our high-energy, fast-paced law firm and handle litigation matters as well other dockets involving class action cases.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all phases of litigation including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.

• Assist in managing class action suits, including case investigation and development, coordinating with co-counsel, communicating with class representatives and class members, and more.

• Coordinate and manage correspondences with all relevant parties.

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and correspondences to opposing counsel and courts.

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues relating to ongoing cases in order to advice clients.

• Attend court proceedings and report on case status.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• A JD degree from an accredited law school.

• Having a license to practice law and is in their first or second year of licensed practice.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and practical skills in litigation and class action suits.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with others at all levels within the organization.

• Strong analytic capabilities and written communication skills.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong negotiation skills, with experience in dispute resolution.
