Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Manager - Public in the detail oriented Services industry, based in Dallas, Texas, 75034, United States. The selected candidate will be expected to work closely with various teams, create and present tax training materials, mentor Tax Advisors, participate in the recruiting process, and handle IRS and State correspondences.

Responsibilities: • Collaborate with various teams to prepare for tax seasons and address questions or concerns. • Develop and deliver tax training materials in collaboration with other tax managers. • Provide mentorship to Tax Advisors, focusing on their detail oriented development within the tax department. • Play an active role in the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates. • Manage IRS and State correspondences and delegate tasks accordingly to the appropriate department or person. • Work closely with the Administrative Team to ensure proper processing and releasing of Tax Returns. • Collaborate with the Tax Onboarding team to ensure comprehensive training is provided. • Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CaseWare, CCH ProSystem Fx, CCH Sales Tax, and other tools to perform accounting functions, annual income tax provision, auditing, compliance, and entity formation. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Experience with CaseWare is essential

• Knowledge of CCH ProSystem Fx is important

• Understanding of CCH Sales Tax is vital

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions is required

• Experience in preparing Annual Income Tax Provision is necessary

• Auditing skills are crucial

• Compliance management experience is essential

• Knowledge of Entity Formation procedures is important
