Essential Responsibilities

• Communicate with the pump design team to understand product testing parameters.

• Streamlining company pump testing procedures in line with customer requirements.

• Conducting performance, mechanical and NPSH tests in line to the testing procedures.

• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to troubleshoot and resolve pump performance issues.

• Ensuring all pump tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.

• Preparing pump performance, mechanical and NPSH test reports for customer submission.

• Presenting the Pump Performance activity in front of Inspection Agencies.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 5-year experience on pumps or compressor testing .

• Knowledge on centrifugal vertical and horizontal pumps.

• Knowledge on Pump Testing Standards (API 610 and HI 14.6).

• Familiarity with testing equipment’s and test procedures.

• Basic instrumentation knowledge for using flow transmitters, pressure transmitters, etc.

• Basic electrical knowledge for connecting lab LV and MV motors.

• Experience on using VFD to operate LV and MV motors.

• Strong communication skills for reporting test results to team members and clients.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Knowledge of industrial safety protocols and ability to adhere to them.

• Willingness to work flexible hours.
