We are looking for the following person in our Darmstadt Office (Germany):

Main tasks:

• Identify and analyze opportunities to generate B2B leads through various digital marketing channels.

• Develop and manage an email marketing strategy and e-commerce.

• Manage and optimize paid digital advertising measures (Google Ads, etc.).

• Develop and implement of digital marketing strategies to increase leads and conversions in Flow spare parts webshop.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Flow USA and with sales teams for improved communication and engagement with customers.

• Close partner with the Management.

Your Profile:

• More than 4 years of proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role (industrial area would be a big plus).

• BSc/BA in marketing, commers or equivalent.

• Experience in generating B2B leads.

• Profound knowledge of Social Media/Digital Marketing as marketing channels, data analytics and tools.

• Fluent in English and German.

• Very good verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid computer skills, including MS Office and marketing software.
