Insight Global Sr. Project Manager in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Job Description

A Senior Project Manager holds a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to, project oversight of resources and stakeholders; managing timelines and milestones; documenting outcomes; and, monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of activities to the appropriate leadership team members. The Senior Project Manager would also function in a senior subject matter expert role within the team. This leadership position has direct responsibility and accountability for the projects within their portfolio. This includes projects which they may act as the assigned project manager and those managed by their direct reports.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience with IT/IM Services, project management, programs and services.

 Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience

 Project Management experience in a complex health care organizational environment preferred.

 Strong knowledge of health care issues

 Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines

 Strong interpersonal skills

 Experience in leading teams of Project Managers

 Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

 High level of accuracy and attention to detail

 Ability to execute through effective delegation, motivation and oversight

 Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills

 Experience in working with patient care leaders null
