Job Description

An employer in the Dayton, OH area is seeking an Air Force Housing Management Instructor (Civil Engineering) for a direct hire opportunity.

This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: will develop, maintain, and teach Air Force Civilian Housing Management course material to engineering students focusing on civil engineering. Will coordinate and document course offerings in accordance with the Air Force Policies and conduct assessments. Will work with various course sponsors and instructional designers to determine what is needed to develop and maintain to instruct the course content and how the content is broadcasted. There will be required travel to residential and distance learning environments domestically and internationally. Will need to sit on site 5 days/week.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering preferred or related field)

15+ years of experience in applied experience in Civil Engineering processes

Experience with Air Force Housing management, housing referrals or relocation management

Experience teaching or briefing course content

Working knowledge of AFI 32-6000 and DoD 4165.63-M Master's degree in engineering or related field null
