Radiance Technologies is looking for a self-driven, resourceful, and results oriented Facility Manager.

The Facility Manager will:

• Sustain and manage Top Secret clearance in compliance with security protocols.
• Strategically plan, schedule, and serve as the primary point of contact for complex facility projects, preventative maintenance programs, and high-priority equipment repairs.
• Provide executive oversight for departmental relocations and space optimization, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide minor facility repairs ensuring adherence to quality standards and minimizing operational disruptions.
• Coordinate and manage the workflow of both planned and emergency work orders in collaboration with key base stakeholders, including Civil Engineering, Fire Department, and Security Police, to ensure seamless operational support.

Lead and coordinate facility projects by:

• Developing and monitoring detailed project timelines.
• Conducting thorough cost analysis and obtaining accurate estimates.
• Overseeing installation processes to ensure precision and compliance.
• Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements throughout all project phases.

Required Skills:

• Active TS Security Clearance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple efforts and complete work within deadlines.

* Preferred Qualifications:*

• 10 years of experience in facilities repair, with applied knowledge of electrical, plumbing, construction, carpentry, painting, and similar trades.
• Working knowledge of local, state, and national building codes is required. Including, the ability to operate within OSHA standards as well as company safety policies and procedures. Familiarity with Hazmat shipment protocols preferred.
• Experience and familiarity with designing, building and operating secure spaces of all types (Closed Areas, SAP-F, SCIF, etc.) is desired. It is not a required that you possess an active clearance however, meeting the requirements to obtain a clearance is required.
