Staffmark is seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join a cutting-edge company in Vandalia, OH. Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Schedule: First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of manual machining experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and must wear steel-toe footwear. Familiarity with ProtoTrack mills is a plus, and candidates must be able to read and interpret technical drawings. As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating manual mills, lathes, and grinders. You will inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and specialty gauges, and read and interpret blueprints and documents using GD&T. Following both written and verbal work instructions is essential, as well as operating additional shop equipment as needed.
