Description
Dayton Area company is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. The main job duties will include:
Answering incoming calls and transferring calls
Opening and distributing mail
Updating spreadsheets
Completing data entry
Filing
Working with purchase orders
Supporting various clerical duties as needed
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week. The typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 2:00pm. For more information please call 937-224-8326.
Requirements
2+ years of clerical/administrative work experience
Experience using the full MS Office Suite
