ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Processing Team Leader I Lead team and mentors new CTS employees, students and/or new Team Leaders through documented training. Assist the Supervisor/Manager in selection, training, effective coaching, development, accountability and performance evaluation of the team. Work effectively to maintain interdepartmental cooperation and respect. Responsible for ensuring Processing Technicians are following all applicable procedures, safety guidelines, training, policies and standards. In conjunction with Quality Control, responsible for operating and ensuring processing equipment is in good working order. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, band saws, drills, scissors, scalpels. Lead team and communicate effectively to ensure all allograft tissue is accurately processed, measured, labeled, packaged and documented in a timely manner. Inspect grafts for quality, packaging integrity and accuracy of documentation. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school graduate or equivalent required.
