Title: Program Coordinator - 3 roles
ALTA is supporting a 6-month contract opportunity working 100% remote.
The person should have some experience in the healthcare insurance field.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.
Experience working in project management software is preferred but we can train this.
Demonstrates analysis and reporting skills- using the tools available to help the PM create reports
Experience taking meeting notes – really understanding what is important in a conversation and what is “noise”
Help the PM manage the RAID log- doing follow ups/ updating responses.
This is really along the lines of a Jr. or starting out PM.

The Program Coordinator assists and provides support with administrative activities for large-scale portfolio programs that include multiple projects.
Essential Functions:
Support Program Manager in the successful delivery of program
Provide support documenting project and program approvals
Assist with the continuous improvement of program/project management best practices, processes, and tools
Assist with program closure activities
Schedule Program Charter review sessions
Assist with the development and maintenance of the program schedule activities
Schedule program and project audits
Support maintenance of program budget
Support the capture and consolidation of EPMO, IT and business estimates for the program
Assist with program change control
Interact with the Project and Program Manager to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and close projects
Maintain program stakeholder matrix
Assist Program Manager with cross-functional communications
Support maintenance of program communications and training plans with Talent Development and Corporate Communications
Record, store, and distribute program meeting minutes
Assist with the maintenance of program and project status reports
Assist with tracking, compiling, and reporting program and project metrics and budgets
Advocate for and adhere to EPMO standards and processes
Assist with facilitating the Risk Identification and Root Cause Analysis Meetings
Assist with maintenance of the program RAID log
Create and maintain program SharePoint site
Assist Program Manager with presentation materials, reports, briefing materials and other deliverables for programs and projects
Support Program Manager in development of the operations and support plan
Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Associate Degree in related field or equivalent years of relevant experience is required
Minimum of one year of program coordination experience is preferred
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:

Experience with project management software is preferred
