Position Overview Riverside Research is seeking a dynamic, strategic, operational, and growth focused Program Manager focused on providing innovative solutions to the Defense and Intelligence Communities. We have openings in Beavercreek, OH and Fairfax, Virginia. The Program Manager will pursue, manage and grow opportunities with NGA, NRO and other DoD/IC customers as well as developing our relationships and teaming opportunities. Responsibilities will include a significant focus on growth as well as managing existing R&D contracts and supporting key customers with an emphasis on mission impact. This position will be responsible for management functions involving planning, developing, organizing, coordinating, and conducting organizational activities to ensure our technical solutions are integrated, tested, documented, and delivered. Responsibilities Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with a variety of stakeholders Collaborate with the government customer and technical leads to develop long-term strategies and prioritize near-term tasking Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contract mission partners across the intelligence community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) Execute with minimal oversight program management duties that include, but are not limited to, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, tracking and projecting program spending, preparing status reports/briefs, and ensuring program status is communicated to all stakeholders Work closely with the customer, cross-functional teams, and assigned engineers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and schedule Manage subcontracting, consulting, and procurement activities for assigned programs Assess program issues and develop resolutions to meet schedule, quality, and customer goals Identify and capture new growth opportunities to expand business portfolio and technical offerings Other duties as assigned Qualifications Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field 12 years of DoD/IC experience with at least 3 years in program/project management Demonstrated experience creating and presenting reports, briefings, and program related information to a variety of government and internal stakeholders Experience managing complex projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities Experience managing financials across a variety of projects and contracts Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently and as a team player Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, leadership, and organizational skills Desired Qualifications: Active TS with SCI eligibility within the last 2 years (able to obtain CI Poly) OR Active TS/SCI CI Poly Technical background in materials research, DEW/CDEW, software deve
