Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full Time Administrative Support / Schedulers for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. This Full Time Administrative Support / Scheduler position is directly involved in supporting Engineers/Suppliers to document any necessary changes for the Build, ensuring the accuracy of data submitted by Engineers/Suppliers, working directly with Engineers / Suppliers to resolve all issues and supporting leaders during Build Meetings. This person must be professional, with a strong attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. This Full Time Administrative Support / Scheduler position is based out of Allen Park, MI and offers an AM Day shift. Candidates meeting the requirements below for this Administrative Support / Scheduler position are strongly encouraged to apply. Day shift available.
Shift Schedule:
AM Day shift: (Monday -- Friday, plus OT as needed)
Retirees and veterans are welcome
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have 3 years of professional administrative / office experience
- Must have proven experience with MS Office including Excel and Outlook
- Must have experience scheduling meetings
- Must Be Very Detail Orientated
- Able to handle confidential information
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong Multi-Tasking & Organizational Skills
- Effective Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills
Willing to Work Extended Shifts (As Applicable)
Preferred Skills:
- Automotive Part Experience
- Prototype Build Experience
