*Description: *This position will be part of the IERP API Enablement and Enhancements teams in the Enterprise Architecture - Foundational Products group and this team is responsible to provide API Enablement and Enhancements development services using ABAP programming and ODATA services in S4 HANA. Below are the high-level roles and responsibilities: * Design and develop APIs to connect to SAP/Non-SAP using RFC, ALE/IDOCs, Output Programming using SAP Script, Smart forms, Adobe Forms. * Integration with Non-SAP systems using Web Services/Proxies/APIs. * Experience designing and maintaining Core Data Services (CDS) views and AMDP classes. * Enhancing SAP system using BADI's, User exits, Customer exits and enhancement framework options * Build RICEFW's (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) * Experience with IDOC and API Integrations using OData API, SOAP API and IDOC as XML. * Good understanding of XML, JSON, SOAP, API and REST Web services * Performance Tuning, problem solving skills and Debugging/Defect Management * Strong experience in ABAP programming and development of ODATA services (preferably OOPS based). * Good experience in ABAP Syntax 7.5 and in BRF+ and in SAP upgrade projects * To consult with architects to ensure design compliant to architecture standards and principles * Reviews code developed by software engineers and provide feedback to ensure quality deliverable * Ensures technical inspections are performed at appropriate stages of development * Lead creation of production support documentation and provide production support for the objects developed * Minimum 2 full SAP life cycle S/4 implementations experience, preferably in the Finance, Purchasing and Manufacturing modules * Exposure to SAP RISE, BTP integration tools, RAP and CAP is preferred Experience Required: 7 to 8 years of experience in ABAP programming with atleast 2 full lifecycle ERP implementation projects Experience Preferred: Experience in BTP and Cloud integration Additional Safety Training/Licensing/Personal Protection Requirements: Additional Information: Candidate expected to work onsite in a hybrid work model based on teams onsite schedule (currently 15 days per quarter).
