What we’re looking for:
Requirements:
5+ years of experience supervising teams of 30 or more employees
Multi-Unit leadership experience (Preferably in retail)
A strong familiarity with developing multimillion-dollar budgets and developing plans to exceed financial expectations
Ability to build and maintain positive and productive working relationships
Experience creating and leading projects
The ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement while embracing it yourself
A focus on establishing, maintaining, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Demonstrated capacity to embrace change
Demonstrated decision-making abilities
Experience with hiring, training, and developing employees
Proficiency with the MS Office suite
Preferences:
A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related subject
Certifications relating to project/process management (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc)
Prior military or related not-for-profit experience
What you’ll be doing:
As a District Director, you will supervise, manage, and lead each of your store's managers, and will be responsible for the 350-400 employees on their teams. You’ll consistently look for ways to establish and maintain a healthy team culture and manage an operationally sound and financially profitable business. This is an opportunity for leaders that are open to change, and continuously looking for ways to grow the business. We’re eager for new ideas and challenge ourselves to find new and innovative ways to lead our teams and manage our business. While you will have time for planning and organization, our directors are in the field and at their stores most days.
