  • Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. - Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. - Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive process improvements. Utilize statistical tools and software such as Excel, Minitab, or R. - Quality Control: Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. - Supply Chain Management: Optimize supply chain processes, including inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships. Utilize supply chain software like SAP or Oracle. - Ergonomics and Human Factors: Design systems that improve human well-being and overall system performance, enhancing safety and efficiency. - Communication: Effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders, including management, production staff, and clients. Prepare reports and presentations. - Problem-Solving: Identify problems and develop innovative solutions using critical thinking and creativity. - Technical Proficiency: Apply engineering principles and technical skills, including knowledge of CAD software, automation systems, and manufacturing technologies. - Leadership and Teamwork: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Motivate and manage team members effectively. - Financial Acumen: Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure projects are economically viable. - Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining safety and quality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $54.00/hr.
