Responsibilities:

  • Lead vendor onboarding activities

  • Coordinates cross functional efforts to ensure program benefits are achieved.

  • Monitor program, identify risks, and create associated mitigation plans to drive issue resolution.

  • Create and manage program communication and status reporting.

  • Create, maintain, and manage relevant project documents including business case, project charter, scope statement, project plan, communication plan, risk management plan, etc.

  • Facilitate program and project meetings.

  • Lead user acceptance testing including test plans, use cases, scripts, execution, and issue resolution.

  • Support item management activities and work directly with supplier to onboard non-stock item adds.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Excellent communication and business writing skills.

  • Ability to determine the appropriate amount of detail gained in research in order to present findings in an accurate, methodical, and concise manner.

  • Self-motivated with proven ability to sustain strong internal partner relationships.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet, and exceed deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up.

  • Must have the drive to produce accurate results and a sense of accountability for assigned projects.

  • Must be able to learn new software applications and understand basic IT documents for workflows, data concepts, and project requirement timelines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office: Power Point, Outlook, Word, Excel.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.

  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in Merchandising.
