JOB OVERVIEW:Supervise that the products comply with quality and safety standards, check the samples, and examine the products; register the controls carried out and prepare reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Inspect production 100% at resistance, hi-pot, width, length, as the product specification (the design) is required.
• Log in and Log Out the Order in the MC.
• Review the production schedule at MC and work by shipping day.
• Return Orders when they are not physically at Inspection areas.
• Share on teams when is necessary to do the Remakes.
• Share on teams when the Order has a quality problem to notify the designer or engineer of each department.
• Send complete line items to the shipping department.
• Apply 5'S methodology.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Work experience in quality control minimum 1 year preferable.
• Computer literate, data entry, excel, e-mail, copy machine.
• Must be able to prioritize/analyze the importance level of tasks.
• Proactive, initiative, and good organization.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50lbs)

Must be willing to perform a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
