Who We Are Looking For
For our Rare Disease Business in Central Eastern Europe we are looking for a business specialist for Partner Management.
CEE with its 17 countries and more than 120 million people is a fast developing and challenging region. We manage this region together with different partners who are locally responsible for distribution and marketing of our product portfolio.
In this role you will be working closely with the Head of Rare Diseases CEE Partner Management in managing commercial activities. You will be managing various planning activities and fostering transparency between the partners & Headquarters in Parma.
Furthermore, you will be supporting in establishing new ways of working as well as driving the implantation of our vision of patient focus in the centre of all value-added processes.
Together with the Head of Rare Diseases CEE you will be driving CEE focused future oriented projects to bring Chiesi to the next level in CEE.
The position suits you if you like working in a constantly changing environment with no fixed structure, if you like moving things to the better and if you like to create things from the scratch.
As this is a Cluster Role for Central & Eastern EU, we are looking across the European Region. The position is home office based and can be filled in any country with a Chiesi Affiliate
Your Main Responsibilities

Manage Budget Control & Invoice Management as well as contract management
Manage Demand and Supply management in markets as interface with HQ
Manage and develop processes for ways of working across the region
Manage and support development of Brand Plans in CEE Countries
Develop reporting models, dashboards for data collection and dashboards for transparency
Support in developing common action plans in workshops with partners for current year
Support in tracking Project in PMS, coach Partners in using PMS and develop deep understanding of PMS
Support in managing different partners across CEE, potentially manage own small sub- region
Support in developing co-creation projects in markets together with patients, HCPs and partners
Project Administration and other support functions to direct superior as needed
Your Experience
Degree in business administration, experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
Experience in managing partners in B2B setting
Experienced in Project Management
Experienced in agile working structure
Experienced in non-classical business setting
Sound understanding of traditional- and non-traditional communication
Experienced in industry with client focus as FMCG or service industry
