Resume of the Position:
This position uses technology to streamline and improve business to business processes with customers, suppliers, carriers, banks, and government; Provide SAP, WebMethods, CPI, API Management and business process knowledge for the analysis, design, and development of Integration applications; Follow up and takes proper actions to provide IT support to issue resolution following the Standard Operating Procedure in Global Information Technology (GIT).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support day to day business requirements according to Global Service Level Agreements and defined GIT support schema
Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes
Lead, collaborate and implement Projects related to the Area according to the GIT Project Grid across the Division
Participate in Project Planning and implementation of multiple and complex GIT projects simultaneously
Drive analysis, research, and resolution of requests submitted by the business using existing technologies and ensuring solutions aligned with divisional goals and GIT strategies.
Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business.
Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available
Connect and align between business operational goals and Information Technology strategies
Understand and apply GIT Project Implementation Methodology to build plans and implement projects that will comply with GIT governance practices.
Partner with other internal Information Technology organizations and other cross-functional business units as necessary
Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers, and external resources
Able to influence and negotiate critical decisions with key customers and partners
What do you need for the position?
Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, similar degree or experience.
At least 2 years of experience in SAP
Advanced English
Experience in SAP cloud integration. (desirable)
Experience in programming (JAVA, Paython) (desirable)
