Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local employers to place young adults into temporary paid employment .

  • Maintain communication with employers, workforce staff, participants, and vocational rehabilitation teams.

  • Collect, review, and process timesheets to ensure timely payment.

  • Conduct worksite monitoring and ensure compliance with employment guidelines.

  • Manage data entry and administrative duties related to job placements.

  • Travel locally to collect timesheets from employers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in workforce development, employer engagement, job placement services, or staffing coordination.

  • Strong organizational and data entry skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with employers, workforce professionals, and program participants .

  • Reliable transportation for local travel (no direct work with youth).

  • Experience in workforce development, employer relations, or administrative support is a plus.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
