Description

We are inviting applications for the position of an Application Support Engineer based in Denver, Colorado. The role involves ensuring seamless operation of our software and applications, resolving customer issues, and working collaboratively with our global technical team. This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity in the software development industry.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and diagnose customer support queries for varying levels of complexity.

• Provide effective solutions to customer questions and concerns.

• Liaise with our global support and technical team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

• Document all customer interaction details accurately in our support portal.

• Develop expertise in our software for efficient problem-solving.

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with our clients.

• Advocate for the customer by documenting development requests and platform enhancements during the project lifecycle.

• Assist the development team with product testing as required.

• Promote our resources and products while prioritizing customer needs.

• Administer application upgrades and ensure their compatibility with existing systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies (AWS,Azure,GCP)

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL

• Familiarity with IIS - Internet Information Services

• Experience in Internet Information Services (IIS) Administration

• Ability to perform Software Configuration

• Experience in Software Testing

• Knowledge of Application administration

• Experience in Application Support
