Description of Job
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS BH BENEFITS ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST:
Align design strategy, systems, processes, guidelines, rules, and standards that are mission critical to development, ongoing operation of HCPF s 1115 waiver.
Coordinate 1115 waiver requirements across offices and departments and assists with behavioral health section administrative work to support ongoing behavioral health policies and related 1115 waiver work.
Responsible for review and content contribution for reports including BH content submitted to CMS in compliance with the 1115 waivers Standard terms and conditions.
Prepare 1115 waiver materials for CMS review, manage ad hoc meetings with CMS to address submission, and reporting requirements, and manage 1115 project work timelines using existing tools.
Maintain detailed compilation of meeting notes and related documents, manage the project plan. and establish timelines to ensure deliverables are met efficiently.
Establish and maintain written and verbal communications with HCPF s management, other state departments, federal agencies, state boards, associations, providers and clients through written correspondence, phone calls, and meetings.
Experience Only
Six(6) total years of professional experience in Medicaid, Behavioral Health, or an occupational field closely related.
Education and Experience
