Position Overview:

KODA Technologies is seeking an Engineering Scheduler to support the GeoXO program, which will develop and build the nation's next-generation weather satellite constellation, Geostationary Extended Observations (GeoXO), for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

In this role, the selected candidate will create, maintain, and analyze engineering release plans and supplemental schedules using Microsoft Project Server. The role includes supporting various Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), ensuring program compliance with DCMA scheduling best practices, and facilitating schedule merge meetings with program planning.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and track engineering product release schedules. Generate "what-if" and risk mitigation models for scheduling. Maintain schedule updates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Ensure compliance with DCMA scheduling guidelines. Conduct scheduled status meetings with IPT leads, engineers, and CAMs. Support Program Planning by ensuring vertical traceability to the IMS. Provide Quantifiable Backup Data (QBD) for program reporting Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

5+ years of experience in scheduling and project planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Project Server and DCMA scheduling principles. Experience with engineering IPTs (e.g., Structures, Propulsion, Power, Avionics). Strong analytical skills for schedule risk assessment. U.S. citizenship is required Clearance: None

Other: Work will be performed on-site in Highlands Ranch, CO (4 X 10 schedule)
