Overview
MasTec's Clean Energy and Infrastructure Group (CE&I) is now hiring a MultiMedia Specialist II. This role is responsible for providing visual and written multimedia solutions. Key responsibilities include capturing and editing high-quality video and photos, managing relationships with multimedia vendors, designing and executing engaging digital advertisements, creating compelling video and graphic content for social media platforms, leading and managing multimedia projects effectively, contributing innovative ideas, and collaborating effectively within a team envi This role can be based near any of MasTec CE&I's offices with the ability to work onsite, hybrid or fully remote. Ideally you will be located with easy access for air travel when needed. Responsibilities
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within the Communications & Creative Services team and across the organization on multimedia marketing need Work with variety of stakeholders from field staff to executive leadership Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo/video content (e.g., promotional videos, training videos, documentaries, social media content) Create engaging graphics, animations, and interactive media Responsible for uploading, organization, and metadata within Digital Asset Management (video file inventory and storage) Follow all required safety protocol for photo and video shoots Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience Three to five years of related experience Current drone certification (UAS Part 107 License) Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the company's Zero Injury principles
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of audio editing and mixing techniques
Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in multimedia technology and best practices
Maintain and troubleshoot multimedia equipment
Assist with the development of marketing and communication strategies
