ARAMARK Senior Regional HR Manager in Denver, Colorado

Job Description

Due to our ongoing growth, we are excited to add an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations across our multi-site business in the western half of the United States. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role is crucial in ensuring compliance with federal employment laws while proactively learning and applying state, county, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, a strong focus on employee relations, and a proven track record of partnering with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives.

Compensation Data

This position is open to candidates in multiple locations. The preferred locations for this role are Los Angeles, Denver, Phoenix, Detroit, Chicago, and St. Louis; candidates must either reside in one of these cities or be willing to relocate. In compliance with pay transparency regulations in states such as Colorado and California, the salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.?

Job Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partnership:

  • Act as a key HR business partner for functional and operational team leads.

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive measurable results.

  • Regional HR Leadership & Compliance:

  • Support HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and compliance with federal, state, county, and local employment laws.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, supporting legal compliance and best practices.

  • Efficient HR Program Delivery:

  • Deliver comprehensive HR programs and services, including performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and employee development initiatives.

  • Drive initiatives to streamline processes through advanced reporting, automation, and emerging AI technologies.

  • Organizational Effectiveness & Employee Relations:

  • Develop and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on employee engagement and retention.

  • Serve as a key resource for resolving employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Support enterprise diversity and inclusion initiatives by partnering with business leaders to develop inclusive and cohesive teams.

  • Enterprise Initiatives:

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and enterprise-wide initiatives, contributing HR expertise to drive change and continuous improvement.

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Collaborate with the dedicated Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure HR initiatives align with recruitment strategies.

  • Provide strategic HR insights to support workforce planning, candidate experience optimization, and onboarding processes.

  • Leverage HR analytics to offer market trends and data-driven recommendations that enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

Experience:

? 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site environment with a focus on HR generalist functions, change management, and talent management.

Technical Proficiency:

? Proficient in or willing to learn Excel, Smartsheet, PowerBI, and other HR technology platforms.

? Demonstrated ability to leverage HR analytics and automation tools, with a willingness to upskill in AI and emerging technologies.

Legal & Compliance Acumen:

? In-depth knowledge of federal employment laws and a strong commitment to learning state, county, and local regulations.

Education & Certification:

? Bachelor?s degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.

? HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

Leadership & Communication:

? Proven ability to consult and communicate effectively with executive and senior-level leadership.

? Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Travel:

? Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
