Job Description

An employer is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join one of our top Utility clients in the nation. We are looking for someone who is the ultimate task master and is ready for their next opportunity to join the early stages of a $300 million-dollar transformative program set to kick off at the end of this year and will run over the course of the next 5 years. In the interim, we need someone who can help manage all RFP and SI activities, help with overarching support of the SharePoint site, support governance activities, and keep everything in order working with the organizations Directors. This role will require someone who is patient, comfortable with ambiguity, and a team player. This is such an exciting opportunity to get into the organization at the beginning before the program is underway and secure yourself as a value add to the teams!

We are looking for someone who can follow their hybrid policy and be onsite 3x a week in Minneapolis or Denver. We also need someone who is comfortable traveling between MN and CO as needed.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Sr. Project Manager or Program Management role

• Ample vendor management and SI management experience

• Experience working within an enterprise and matrixed corporate environment

• Experience being a project lead supporting a program with multiple workstreams and over Multimillion dollar initiatives

• Experience working within a waterfall environment

• Comfortability with managing any program tasks that need support - Organizational newsletters, putting together presentations, and deck creation. null
