Job Summary
Location: Denver, PA - but other locations may be considered
- Knowledgeable in UGI Standards and procedures, PUC/PSC regulations (PA and MD), and applicable Federal codes including 49 CFR 191, 192, & 199.
- Knowledge of natural gas design, construction, maintenance, and operations.
- Ability to establish relationships across a broad range of stakeholders and departments to facilitate regulatory compliance inquires, investigations, and ongoing commitments.

``` - Strong oral/written communication skills and the ability to represent UGI in compliance and regulatory inspections.

``` - Experience in use and function of office tools, equipment, and software applicable to position including, but not limited to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.

``` - Ability to conduct internal and external investigations and respond to regulatory commitments, conduct meetings and create presentations, reports, technical bulletins for groups and individuals, including written and verbal information and instruction.

``` - Ability to conduct work independently or in a team environment while exercising tact and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Leadership -- Identify and lead SME project teams and coordinate stakeholder involvement, input, and deliverables for compliance projects from beginning to closeout working closely with various UGI departments as well as regulatory agencies like the PA PUC. Provide purpose, motivation, and direction to project teams and serve as decision maker and approver for assigned projects.

``` - Organize and implement project meetings as needed. Develop task lists, assign tasks, verify tasks, and track information regarding project progress. Communicate updates as needed to UGI leadership as well as applicable regulatory agencies.

``` - Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards including company procedures. Develop strategies for improving internal processes, procedures, training, and operations.

``` - Perform other duties as requested which may include providing support during incidents and compiling incident reports.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline preferred, or comparable project management and industry experience

``` - 4 or more years in engineering, construction, compliance, or operations fields

``` - Project management related certifications preferred but not required

``` - Engineer in Training/PE license preferred but not required
