Position: Classic Car Automotive Technician Location: Joe Basil Chevrolet, 5111 Transit Rd Depew NY 14043 Schedule: Full-time (No Sundays) Classic Car Automotive Technician Compensation: Between $50,000- $85,000 annually (based on knowledge, experience, and volume)

Classic Car Automotive Technician Job Duties: * General mechanical knowledge on classic cars ranging from 1940s - early 2000s * Perform basic breaks, suspension, transmission, and engine services * Minor interior trim * Electrical repairs * Performs work outlined on repair orders with efficiency/accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards * Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended * Communicates and works effectively with the parts department to obtain needed parts * Communicates with the service advisor if additional work is needed or recommended * Accurately documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order * Road tests vehicles when required * Maintains thorough knowledge and understanding of all information provided on manufacturer technical bulletins * Ensures that the customers car is kept clean * Ensures work area is always maintained and cleaned * Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner * Must have tools * Must have valid NYS Inspectors License
