Job Title: Skilled Laborer for Construction Trailer Refurbishment

Job Description

We are seeking skilled laborers to assist with the refurbishing of construction trailers. Responsibilities include removing and replacing doors, windows, flooring, siding, cabinets, and other components. You will use hand and power tools to complete these tasks. Additional duties involve setting up units, anchoring, leveling, installing VAPS, steps, canopies, and ramps, as well as installing and removing skirting and exterior siding. The role also includes the knock-down of buildings, securing items for shipment, and performing service work such as electrical and plumbing tasks. Completion of Work Orders and Service Orders via the Field Service Application is required.

This is a fully on-site position in NA, IA.

Work Environment

1st Shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks. Weekend work is required with several days' notice, and a rotation is in place to avoid consecutive weekend work.
