Introduction
Huge healthcare benefits and services provider in Des Moines, Iowa is seeking customer service representatives to assist new clients with benefits enrollment for an upcoming contract. This is a role where you will be able to make a genuine difference to clients as well as contribute towards company and personal growth. If you have prior experience in customer service roles and want a workplace that will take your skills and goals seriously, you are encouraged to apply.
Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general public prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf
Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems
Meet Quality Assurance QA and other key performance metrics.
Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines.
Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.
Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.
What We're Looking For
You can (and enjoy!) take inbound calls from clients to assist with various customer service queries
1+ years of call center experience
High School Diploma required
You're proficient with using and navigating Windows, as well as dual monitors
MUST live within 40 miles of office
Hours and Days
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday. After 3 weeks of on-site training, you will work from home. Training hours are 8am-5pm CST. Hours after training may vary. Successful applicants must live within 40 miles of Des Moines.
