Summary

The Johnson & Johnson Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) team is seeking a passionate leader with an interest in working within the life science industry as Senior Manager, Cyber Hub Services.

We are offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and innovative Senior Manager, Cyber Hub Services to join our organization. In this role, you will have the chance to build and establish a digital engagement platform that services as a one-stop-shop for all things cyber within our company. You will serve as a digital product owner to lead the development of a self-service portal with access to our existing catalog of services, promote visibility through dashboards, metrics, and reporting, and leverage innovative technology like Gen AI to enhance and streamline the cybersecurity experience for our J&J community. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting a culture of cybersecurity accountability, improving ways of working through clearly-defined interaction models, further enabling self-service, and promoting accessibility. This capability will serve as the primary digital engagement platform for ISRM, and you will have the opportunity to partner across various teams, including business-facing teams, innovation and communications, and other teams, to ensure a seamless and branded experience. This role offers the chance to leverage cutting-edge technology, while also being able to envision and create a robust roadmap to expand the Cyber Hub experience into new areas beyond its current scope.

The candidate is expected to balance strategic thinking with detail orientation, offer mature leadership perspectives, and be a great storyteller - someone who is proactive and can shape messages to the executive committee, business groups, to all levels of IT, and to all J&J associates worldwide. This player / coach role will have the following key responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the establishment and ongoing development of the Cyber Hub , acting as the primary digital engagement platform for all cybersecurity-related services and information.

  • Build and enhance a self-service portal that provides access to a catalog of cybersecurity services, comprehensive dashboards, and engagement resources

  • Utilize innovative technology such as Gen AI – in partnership with innovation and architecture teams - to enhance the Cyber Hub user experience and improve its ability to answer cybersecurity questions and provide users with key content, data, guidance, and policy information.

  • Drive awareness and accessibility of cybersecurity throughout the organization, ensuring that all employees have the resources and knowledge they need to contribute to a secure environment.

  • Develop and promote a culture of cybersecurity accountability, encouraging all employees to take an active role in protecting company assets.

  • Be a product leader , with responsibility to champion and embrace the product operating model, working with customers, users, and other partners to identify unmet needs, and develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive roadmap to expand the Cyber Hub ecosystem, connecting additional elements and services to further enhance the overall cybersecurity posture.

  • Build business cases to address complex “pain points” and improvement opportunities, including scope, feasibility, resources, dependencies, investment, success criteria, and so forth.

  • Measure value realization throughout the product lifecycle, incorporating external benchmarks, product OKR’s, UX, product maturity, team health, and so forth.

  • Demonstrate deep commitment to user-centric design, encompassing UX, CX, and accessibility, and take a proactive approach to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the usability, functionality, and effectiveness of the Cyber Hub.

  • Collaborate with the communications team to ensure a consistent and compelling look and feel for the Cyber Hub, aligning with company branding and messaging.

  • Be a development leader, with responsibility to champion, embrace, and continuously mature agile ways of working (e.g.: roadmap, user stories, backlog, sprints, etc). Enact processes, governance, operational and communications structures to deliver with consistency, quality, compliance and speed.

  • Have a regional/global view on solutions, building a good understanding of business practices in other countries/locales through a network of colleagues, in order to leverage or create harmonized solutions where possible.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Cybersecurity, Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Experience Design, or a related field.

  • At least 8-10 years delivering and contributing across the digital product lifecycle to one or more digital products / platforms that are designed to engage, educate, and empower users.

  • 3 years leading strategy and development of targeted digital products and services with a proven history of delivering valuable outcomes for customer-facing digital properties for large organizations.

  • Experience in building and managing self-service portals and knowledge bases.

  • Familiarity with innovative technologies like Gen AI and their application to cybersecurity.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and design thinking skills, including ability to bring clarity to ambiguous scenarios, shape viable solutions for complex problems, prototype to improve user understanding, and drive adoption of new thinking and approaches.

  • Consistent track record in applying data for decision-making, delivering process improvement plans, surfacing areas of opportunity and assessing performance and value delivery.

  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a proven track record of driving initiatives, taking ownership, and delivering results.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, security, risk management, or related roles, with a strong general understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency in creating dashboards and leveraging metrics and reporting tools.

  • Experience working with large platform and SaaS-based tools.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000- $203,550.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

o Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

o Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

o Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
