Sales Focus Inc., the sales outsourcing pioneer, is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Manager on behalf of our client Race Communications (https://race.com/) . The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for building and managing a team of Outside Sales Reps, ensuring the team continuously achieves quota. The Outside Sales Manager is expected to be out in the field with the sales agents on a daily basis, providing oversight and assisting in closing deals.

This is a full-time, face-to-face, residential outside sales management position offering base pay and commission.

  Qualifications  

• Outside Sales Management experience

• Residential sales experience - broadband/ fiber sales experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Motivated, ambitious, & relentless to get results  

• Innovative & eager to put forth new ideas  

• Flexible with the ability to react and adjust accordingly
