Job Title: Dock Supervisor

Job Description

• We are seeking Dock Supervisors to join our team

• The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising the dock, managing incoming and outbound shipments, tracking inventory in SAP/ERP systems, and ensuring efficient and organized operations within the supply chain department

Responsibilities

• Supervise the dock and manage incoming and outbound shipments

• Track inventory using SAP/ERP systems

• Ensure efficient and organized operations within the supply chain department

• Provide general supervision including attendance, problem solving, task completion, training and development, and disciplinary action

• Manage shipping and receiving processes within an automotive supplier

• Utilize MRP within SAP for tracking inventory and managing shortages

• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Use Excel to create and interpret pivot tables, graphs, charts, V lookups, and spreadsheets

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience working as a supervisor or in a supply chain position within a tier one automotive supplier (Assembly/JIT)

• Experience with general supervision including attendance, problem solving, task completion, training and development, and disciplinary action

• 2+ years of experience with SAP/ERP systems

• Experience tracking inventory and managing shortages using SAP

• Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the ability to monitor and report on them

• 2+ years of experience using Excel within an automotive environment, including creating and using pivot tables, graphs, charts, V lookups, and reading and interpreting spreadsheets

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
