Job Description
We are seeking Dock Supervisors to join our team
The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising the dock, managing incoming and outbound shipments, tracking inventory in SAP/ERP systems, and ensuring efficient and organized operations within the supply chain department
Responsibilities
Supervise the dock and manage incoming and outbound shipments
Track inventory using SAP/ERP systems
Ensure efficient and organized operations within the supply chain department
Provide general supervision including attendance, problem solving, task completion, training and development, and disciplinary action
Manage shipping and receiving processes within an automotive supplier
Utilize MRP within SAP for tracking inventory and managing shortages
Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Use Excel to create and interpret pivot tables, graphs, charts, V lookups, and spreadsheets
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience working as a supervisor or in a supply chain position within a tier one automotive supplier (Assembly/JIT)
Experience with general supervision including attendance, problem solving, task completion, training and development, and disciplinary action
2+ years of experience with SAP/ERP systems
Experience tracking inventory and managing shortages using SAP
Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the ability to monitor and report on them
2+ years of experience using Excel within an automotive environment, including creating and using pivot tables, graphs, charts, V lookups, and reading and interpreting spreadsheets

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
