Aerotek Maintenance Technician in DETROIT, Michigan

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

  • Our company is a family-owned enterprise with a 74-year history

  • As part of a small, tight-knit crew of five maintenance personnel, you will handle 80% mechanical maintenance and 20% electrical maintenance across our facility

  • Your responsibilities will primarily involve the upkeep of conveyor systems, as well as additional tasks including welding, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting

  • You will engage in proactive preventative maintenance, respond to work orders, and address any equipment breakdowns, documenting each task in a maintenance notebook for future reference

Shift

2nd Shift: 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays
