Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Truck Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will ensure timely delivery, adhere to all safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class A or B commercial vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Deliver goods to designated destinations in a timely manner, following established routes and schedules.
• Inspect vehicle before and after each trip to ensure safe operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the truck, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition.
• Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and road safety laws.
• Load and unload freight as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues when necessary or coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck interior and exterior.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to handle long hours and extended travel, including overnight trips as necessary.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads as required.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
