Robert Half is working with a firm in the Doral area, who is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify invoices and check requests.

• Sort, code and match invoices.

• Set invoices up for payment.

• Track expenses and process expense reports.

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

• Provide supporting documentation for audits.

• Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers.

• Prepare checks for mailing.

• Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.

  Requirements

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is a plus.

• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.

• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.

• Proficiency in English and in MS Office.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
