Adecco is assisting a client recruiting for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist - Office Assistant job in Doral, FL. This is for a long term temp job opportunity. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Bilingual Office Assistant job includes, but are not limited to:

· Greet visitors and answer phone lines.

· Distributing the mail.

  • Perform a variety of clerical receptionist duties, including printing, photocopying, transcribing, emailing documents, and organizing office paperwork.

· Preparing coffee for management and organizing snacks in the lunchroom.

· Ordering supplies for the office.

  • Manage office access for employees and visitors, including the distribution and tracking of keys.

Qualifications:

· Friendly and professional manner and detail oriented.

· Good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).

· Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

· Reliable and prompt.

Schedule: 8:30am – 4:30pm with 1 hour of lunch, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

  • Pay for this position is $ 15.00/hr.
