As a Senior Client Partner, on our North American Commercial team you will:
• Set and execute business planning strategy and tactics against a key set of assigned pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Identify and evaluate potential research, consulting, and data asset/technology solution sales opportunities: This would involve assessing the need for commercial primary market research studies, commercial consulting engagements, secondary data/tech enabled solutions, and identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Primary focus will be identifying and closing commercial sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and lead proposal development: Collaborating with various teams within the organization on proposal development, pricing decisions, client pitches, as well as working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. You will serve as senior sponsor on client engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships: In addition to pursuing new business opportunities and navigating across the assigned client companies identifying new stakeholders, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. This would involve addressing any concerns or issues and identifying new opportunities to expand the scope of your business.
Qualifications:
• Experience selling primary market research, consulting, and/or secondary data assets/technology enabled solutions (i.e. secondary data, EHR/Claims, AI agents etc.) to pharma/biotech companies.
• A deep understanding of the drug commercialization process.
• A strong track record of successful business development and client management skills.
• The ability to navigate both internally and externally, lead large-scale proposal development, and be able effectively communicate with and positively influence a variety of stakeholders both externally and internally.
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in business related disciplines a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the life science commercial space.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and other events to network.

Responsibilities
Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $95,500 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 60/40.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
