Position Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to all Salaried Teammates.

Essential Functions

  • Provide administrative support to salaried teammates as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, report generation, expense coordination, training session refreshments/meal procurement, plant supplies.

  • This requires establishing positive interpersonal relationships with all levels of the organization and treating all teammates requests with the appropriate level of importance and follow through.

  • Assist with coordination of communication, meetings and plant visits.

  • Support engineers with package development and Go To Market

  • Company store oversight: Oversee the operations of the company store, including budget, and ensuring it is well-stocked, organized, and meets the needs of employees.

  • Company care management: Oversee the management of the company fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking usage, and ensuring vehicles are in good condition.

  • Record retention: Oversee the retention of company records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Operations data management: Support operations data management as needed. This includes transcribing data from operator notes, compiling data, creating charts, and distributing charts to the production floor.

  • Support on the Joy Team in executing internal and community events. Requires periodic off shift/after-hours support.

  • Perform other duties as required or assigned to support the overall operations and objectives of the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma

  • 3-5 years experience in an administrative or business function

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.

  • Keen attention to detail with the perseverance to see things through to completion.

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

  • Ability to comprehend Edgewell policies, processes, procedures, systems and handbooks as they pertain to all teammates.

  • Ability to work off shift/after hours as needed.

The salary range for this position is $44,000 - $66,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
